Any returned items shipped must be approved by Northway's Machinery, Inc. Please call 515-243-1824.

Returned items must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. Include a copy of your original invoice with returned merchandise.

No refunds on shipping costs.
